The fine print:
Our policy regarding purchasing guitars on-line allows you to live with the guitar for a few days, to assure you will have a long and happy relationship with your new instrument. Once you choose and purchase your dream guitar on-line, we will charge your credit card for the guitar plus insured shipping charges, to get it to you. All guitars are shipped fully insured for the price for the guitar, two day air, unless otherwise agreed upon. From the time of delivery you can have three days/72 hours to make sure you love it. After 72 hours, see exchange policy only. All returns are sent insured shipping paid by you unless otherwise noted. No refunds on special orders.

- UPS Overnight Priority: $225 (Saturday delivery more where available)

Should you wish to return it to us, you may do so within the 72 hour period after delivery at your expense including shipping with insurance for the value of the guitar for a full refund, assuming the guitar is in the same condition as shipped. Therefore, please note that if you buy a guitar on-line and don't keep it, you will still end up paying for the insured shipping charges both ways. We will always do our best to inform you and/or provide photos, where possible, of specific issues if any, with an instrument, to avoid any surprises for you. We endeavor to have the finest sounding and playing instruments that we can find. After the 72 hour period, no refunds are allowed. Please check out our trade-up policy below for options. No refunds on special orders.

We want to encourage our patrons to trade-up the guitars they purchase from us, towards their next dream guitar. To that ends, GuitarSlam is happy to offer a 100% upgrade policy towards any guitar that is 20% greater in price than what you paid for the one you are returning. Please understand that we cannot accept your guitar for the full upgrade value if you have damaged or modified your guitar, but we will always try to help. This upgrade policy does not apply to special orders unless noted at the time of order. Therefore please clarify with us at the time of your order if your guitar will qualify. Guitars that have been personalized or built to extremely unique specifications may be ideal for you but are difficult to resell, and therefore cannot qualify for our upgrade policy. However, traditional guitars ordered will generally qualify for this upgrade policy.
The really fine print:
We make every effort to be accurate in the descriptions of guitars and other details within the GuitarSlam site, however we reserve the right to not sell guitars that have been priced incorrectly (we will try to work with you as always but we cannot lose money because of typos, we hope you understand) and we accept no liability for the representations made.
